Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Telesales Executive will work in call centres where they utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to persuade customers to purchase companies' products and services. They generate leads for sales/activation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • ·Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • ·Effective communication and listening skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Motivated, team player & target-oriented.
  • Telecom experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of similar experience
