Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, effectively presenting products and services tailored to their needs.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage leads, ensuring accurate updates and follow-ups.
- Build rapport and trust with customers, addressing their concerns and questions with confidence and clarity.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through strategic planning and effective sales techniques.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, showcasing foundational knowledge.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a related sales role, demonstrating proven sales capabilities.
- Experience in the tech or telecommunications industry is advantageous for understanding product offerings.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, ensuring efficient lead management.
