Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Provide day-to-day operational support across the school, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard
  • Act as a central point of coordination between departments, ensuring timely follow-up on operational requests
  • Support the planning and execution of school events, activities and key operational milestones
  • Assist in managing external service providers including cleaning, security, maintenance, transport and catering, ensuring service delivery meets expectations
  • Support the implementation of operational processes, systems and procedures in line with Aldar Education guidelines

Facilities & Services Coordination

  • Assist with coordination of maintenance requests, tracking completion and following up on outstanding actions
  • Support the monitoring and upkeep of school facilities, ensuring a high standard of presentation and functionality
  • Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to resolve day-to-day operational issues in a timely manner
  • Support space planning and general organisation of school facilities

Administration & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records, trackers and logs relating to operations and service delivery
  • Support procurement processes, including raising requests and tracking orders in line with school procedures
  • Assist with budget tracking and general administrative support to the Operations team
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders

Accommodation Support (where required)

  • Assist with coordination of staff accommodation processes, including move-ins, move-outs and maintenance requests
  • Support communication with property management companies and service providers
  • Maintain accommodation trackers and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding actions

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build effective working relationships with internal teams, external partners and service providers
  • Provide responsive and solution-focused support to staff across the school
  • Support a positive and professional service culture across all operational areas

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent

Minimum Experience

  • 2 3 years experience in an operations, administration or facilities support role
  • Experience in a school, education or service-based environment is desirable
