Roles & Responsibilities

Gotalk General Trading LLC is a leading channel partner of e& (Etisalat) in the UAE. The company specializes in telecom sales and distribution, including modern trade and retail operations, and focuses on delivering high-quality customer service through a trained and performance-driven sales team. We are seeking an experienced and capable Territory Manager with strong leadership and field and employee management skills

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Age Below: 35

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the telecom industry.

  • Team management skills

  • UAE Driving License.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships and negotiating with clients effectively.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.

  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment, adapting to changing market conditions.
