Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities:
  • - Identify and size opportunities existing and new businesses / categories
  • - Builds up action plans to realize opportunities
  • Increasing the value of current customers (product portfolio development) while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales in a sustainable way (having in mind the profitability targets)
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • End User Management: Work with the Country Sales Managers to develop and enhance the End User Business in the region.
  • Link sales leads to relevant sales team member when needed (end user team and trade sell out team)
  • Dealer/Sub-dealer network: Strengthen reach & penetration levels through key distributors and develop a sub-dealer network. Generate sales and drive them to relevant distributor
  • Relationship management: Develop and maintain strong relationship with key dealers/ dealer sales team.
  • Individually managed special projects/activation
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to work in matrix organization
  • Have solution driven approach
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
