Roles & Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe documents from audio files or handwritten notes, ensuring clarity and precision in every detail.
- Maintain a high level of typing speed (minimum 60 WPM) while producing error-free work under tight deadlines.
- Organize and categorize files systematically, making it easy to retrieve documents and enhancing overall office efficiency.
- Assist in formatting documents according to specific guidelines, including the use of styles, headers, and footers.

Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a typing center in the UAE. Full knowledge of handling government transactions, including: Immigration (GDRFA) services ICP (Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security) Ministry of Labour / MOHRE transactions Dubai Economy (DED Dubai) and Sharjah Economic Department (SED) Medical fitness applications Notary Public services Traffic system (RTA / Sharjah Police) transactions Strong computer and system skills for online government portals.
