Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expertly guide clients through the UAE visa application process, ensuring accurate document preparation and submission to minimize rejections.
  • Provide insightful consultations on diverse visa types, including employment, family, and investor visas, tailoring advice to individual circumstances.
  • Stay abreast of ever-changing UAE immigration laws and regulations, proactively updating clients and internal teams on crucial updates.
  • Manage client files meticulously, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring all records are organized and readily accessible for audits.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as law or business administration is preferred.
  • Possession of a relevant certification such as a Registered Migration Agent (RMA) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in UAE visa processing, demonstrating a strong understanding of immigration procedures and regulations.
  • Preference for candidates with prior experience in the travel, legal or recruitment industry, highlighting relevant industry knowledge.
