Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO and executive leadership team, you will:

  • Lead strategic communications initiatives across the organisation and related activities where relevant
  • Advise executive leadership on corporate messaging, market positioning, and reputation management
  • Develop KPIs to measure communications effectiveness and brand impact
  • Shape corporate messaging for investors, media, and stakeholders, and oversee content creation for executive spokespeople
  • Build and maintain relationships with regional and international media, analysts, and industry influencers
  • Manage high-visibility communications, sensitive situations, and crisis response
  • Lead digital communications, including social media, thought leadership, and website content, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Build and mentor a communications team as needed, fostering creativity, alignment, and accountability

Desired Candidate Profile

You ll be a seasoned communications professional with:

  • Senior-level experience in fintech, proptech, or technology-driven organisations; startup or scale-up experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record in corporate communications, media relations, and executive advisory roles
  • Expertise in strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, digital communications, and crisis management
  • A global mindset, comfortable operating across multiple geographies and cultures
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • A Bachelor s in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field (postgraduate qualifications advantageous)
  • Fluency in English; Arabic would be advantageous
