Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Accounting & Invoicing: Manage the end-to-end invoicing process, track accounts receivable/payable, and maintain accurate financial records to ensure healthy cash flow.

  • Operational Management (ClickUp): Serve as the primary architect for ClickUp, organizing tasks, setting deadlines, and monitoring project progress to ensure team accountability.

  • CEO Support: Act as the right hand to the CEO, managing a complex calendar, filtering communications, and executing specialized operational projects as directed.

  • General Administration: Draft professional correspondence, maintain digital filing systems, and handle vendor relations with a focus on cost-efficiency.

Requirements

  • Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in ClickUp (or similar project management tools) and MS Excel is mandatory.

  • Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written skills; ability to communicate with high-level stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset that anticipates operational bottlenecks before they impact the CEO s workflow.
