Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the executive's calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization of meetings and appointments.
- Conduct thorough research on relevant topics to provide insights and data that support decision-making processes.
- Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, including emails and reports, to maintain clear and professional communication.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on providing exceptional service and timely resolutions.
Desired Candidate Profile

- 2+ years of experience in administrative support or virtual assistance, showcasing a proven track record.
