Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by attentively taking orders and addressing customer inquiries to enhance their dining experience.
- Accurately process cash and card transactions, ensuring that all payments are properly recorded and receipts are issued promptly.
- Maintain an organized workspace, including keeping menus and dining areas clean, to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery, while communicating special requests or dietary restrictions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on hospitality preferred for foundational knowledge.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced dining environment, showcasing adaptability and efficiency.
- Certifications in food safety and responsible alcohol service are highly desirable to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Prior experience in cash handling, demonstrating accuracy and integrity in financial transactions.
