Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering attentive and seamless service throughout the guest journey. You will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency while maintaining LPM s high service standards.

Compensation
Basic Salary: 4,000 AED per month
Housing & Transportation Allowance: 2,400 AED per month

Experience & Attitude
Experience: br>Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage; however, attitude, energy, and willingness to learn are highly valued. French or another European language in addition to English is considered an advantage.

Menu Knowledge & Sales Awareness

Upselling: br>You are comfortable recommending daily specials and premium options when appropriate.
Communication Skills: br>Strong verbal communication skills are essential; multilingual abilities are considered an asset.
Attention to Detail & Efficiency
Order Accuracy: br>You take orders accurately and ensure all guest preferences are clearly communicated to the kitchen.
Presentation: br>You maintain impeccable table settings and ensure the dining area remains polished and professional.
Time Management: br>You manage multiple tables efficiently during peak service hours while maintaining composure and service quality.
