Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and responding promptly to their needs, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Accurately take and input food and beverage orders into the POS system, minimizing errors to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring the cash register is balanced at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders, enhancing operational flow and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or food service is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or café setting, showcasing a proven track record in customer service.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable for diverse customer interactions.
