Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Walk-in Interviews
Date & Time: Saturday, 07 March 2026 from 10:00AM until 03:00PM KSA Time Venue: Al Moallam Head Office, Saihat
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business
Administration, or related field.
Certification in Warehouse Management or Inventory Control is an
advantage.
3–6 years of experience in warehouse or store operations, preferably in
Facilities Management, MEP, or construction industry.
Experience managing technical spare parts and maintenance materials
preferred.
GCC / Saudi Arabia experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP, CAFM, or CMMS
software.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, spare parts, and
equipment against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials according to
manufacturer recommendations.
Maintain organized warehouse layout for easy access and stock control.
Monitor stock levels and maintain minimum and maximum inventory
levels for critical spare parts.
Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory
audits.
Track material consumption trends and report shortages or excess stock.
Coordinate with procurement for replenishment and urgent material
requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP / CAFM / CMMS systems.
Prepare material receiving reports (MRR), issue vouchers, and stock
reports.
Ensure proper documentation for warranties, certifications, and supplier
records.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts
for preventive and corrective maintenance.
Support mobilization and demobilization activities for project materials.
Liaise with procurement, finance, and logistics departments for material
tracking and delivery follow-ups.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Understanding of MEP spare parts, tools, and consumables.
Material handling and stock control techniques (FIFO, FEFO, etc.).
Basic knowledge of procurement and logistics processes.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Problem-solving ability.
Time management and multitasking.
