Roles & Responsibilities

Walk-in Interviews

Date & Time: Saturday, 07 March 2026 from 10:00AM until 03:00PM KSA Time Venue: Al Moallam Head Office, Saihat

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business

Administration, or related field.

  • Certification in Warehouse Management or Inventory Control is an

advantage.

  • 3–6 years of experience in warehouse or store operations, preferably in

Facilities Management, MEP, or construction industry.

  • Experience managing technical spare parts and maintenance materials

preferred.

  • GCC / Saudi Arabia experience is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP, CAFM, or CMMS

software.

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, spare parts, and

equipment against purchase orders and delivery notes.

  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials according to

manufacturer recommendations.

  • Maintain organized warehouse layout for easy access and stock control.

  • Monitor stock levels and maintain minimum and maximum inventory

levels for critical spare parts.

  • Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory

audits.

  • Track material consumption trends and report shortages or excess stock.

  • Coordinate with procurement for replenishment and urgent material

requirements.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP / CAFM / CMMS systems.

  • Prepare material receiving reports (MRR), issue vouchers, and stock

reports.

  • Ensure proper documentation for warranties, certifications, and supplier

records.

  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts

for preventive and corrective maintenance.

  • Support mobilization and demobilization activities for project materials.

  • Liaise with procurement, finance, and logistics departments for material

tracking and delivery follow-ups.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

  • Understanding of MEP spare parts, tools, and consumables.

  • Material handling and stock control techniques (FIFO, FEFO, etc.).

  • Basic knowledge of procurement and logistics processes.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.

  • Problem-solving ability.

  • Time management and multitasking.
