Wellness Counsellor Medcare Hospitals & Medical Centres

The Wellness Counsellor at Wellth plays a vital role in enhancing the client experience from
first contact to post-visit follow-up. This role combines responsibilities in client engagement,
front desk support, wellness consulting, and administrative assistance to ensure a smooth
and supportive wellness journey for every client.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement & Conversion

• Serve as a primary contact for incoming calls, inquiries, and wellness consultations.
• Engage with leads to understand their wellness needs and guide them toward the
  most suitable programs at Wellth.
• Confidently convert inquiries into booked appointments or consultations through

clear communication and rapport building.

2. Relationship Management & Client Journey

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and

retention.

• Provide ongoing support and check-ins throughout the client’s wellness program.
  Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience across all
  touchpoints.

3. Front Desk & Reception Support

• Assist with reception duties, including greeting clients, managing check-ins and

check-outs, and scheduling appointments.

• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front desk environment.
• Manage and provide insurance claim forms to clients, assist them in completing the
  necessary documentation, and coordinate with the finance team as needed.

4. Reporting & Data Management

• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system regularly.
• Generate and submit weekly/monthly reports on client retention, engagement, and

wellness program utilization.

• Provide feedback and insights on client behavior and preferences to support service

improvement.

5. WhatsApp & Digital Communication

• Monitor and manage the clinic’s WhatsApp communication with clients in a timely,

courteous, and brand-aligned manner.

• Respond to queries, confirm appointments, and follow up with clients through digital

channels.

6. Facility Tours & Orientation

• Conduct in-person tours of Wellth’s facilities for new or prospective clients.
• Clearly explain available services, treatment options, and wellness pathways.
