Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the wholesale sales team.

• Develop and execute B2B market expansion strategies.

• Identify and build relationships with new clients and distributors across UAE, India, UK, and USA. • Coordinate with the factory for customized orders and on-time delivery.

• Improve CRM, reporting, and customer follow-up systems.

• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to maintain profitability.

• Plan and manage exhibitions and promotional activities.

• Prepare and present weekly performance reports to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in gold jewellery wholesale or B2B export.

• Strong market knowledge in Dubai, India, or GCC region.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Arabic is preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to meet targets under pressure and manage multiple clients efficiently.
