Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You Will Be Primarily Responsible For

  • Understanding Business Requirements, Objectives and Expectations
  • Planning, Collaboration, Execution with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

You Should Be Well Versed with The Process Of

  • Requirement gathering and documentation.
  • Business Process Mapping & Yardi Configuration
  • Conducting design discussions and reviews
  • Providing solutions to user queries and issues
  • Conducting trainings

What You Will Achieve During This Assignment

  • You will learn to diagnose business problems and recommend solutions.
  • You will be able to re-engineer business processes to improve operations.

Expectations:

  • Education background in M.com, MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant is preferred.
  • Good knowledge & understanding in accounting.
  • Some earlier experience/expertise in Yardi/ERP will be an added advantage.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with people regardless of their technical skill set.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio.
  • Focus on best practices and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Candidate should be Open to travel onsite for short term / Long term assignments on need basis Domestic/International.
  • Candidate should be open to work in different time zones.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education background in M.com, MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant is preferred.
