Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue across MICE, Groups, Aquaventure, and F&B segments.
Identify new markets, channels, and partnership opportunities to strengthen brand presence.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the Business Development team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners.
Collaborate closely with marketing, PR, and operations to ensure brand alignment and seamless client experiences.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
Manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and proposal creation to negotiation and contract execution.
Represent Atlantis Dubai at global trade fairs, industry events, and networking functions.
Oversee the use of CRM systems (Salesforce, Delphi) for accurate reporting and performance tracking.
Drive cross-selling initiatives between both resorts to maximize revenue potential.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Hospitality, Sales, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 7 years of progressive experience in sales or business development, preferably in luxury hospitality, entertainment, or attractions.
Proven success in driving revenue growth and achieving measurable business results.
Strong leadership and team management experience with the ability to motivate high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Delphi, and Microsoft Office tools.
Deep understanding of GCC and international hospitality markets.
Exceptional relationship management and client servicing abilities.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
