Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We're looking for an Account Manager to be the bridge between our clients and creative teams.
You'll own relationships with major brands, ensuring projects run smoothly from initial brief through final delivery.
What you'll do
Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications
Translate client briefs into actionable creative direction
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Coordinate between clients and internal creative teams
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
What we're looking for
3+ years of account management in an agency or production company
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Understanding of video production and social media content
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to have
Experience with enterprise clients
Background in creative or production
Arabic language skills
