This role focuses on maintaining and developing a healthy and productive relationship with providers and clients to achieve the company s growth objectives.

Some of your duties will include:

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts across multiple touch points
• Collaborate closely with business partners and manage their expectations
• Handle a big portfolio of products/solutions
• Forecast and track key account metrics
