Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and visionary Account Executive for Instructor Led Training (Enterprise Accounts) to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and increased revenue. You will be at the forefront of identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities, serving as the primary interface for all our products and services.

As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of this transformation, working with top-tier clients to deliver cutting-edge training solutions in Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, and more. You ll have the opportunity to build strong relationships, drive business growth, and play a key role in our mission to empower organizations through knowledge.

What You ll Do:

  • Identify and engage with new business opportunities
  • Develop long-term partnerships with key clients
  • Consult on customized training solutions that drive real impact
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-tier service delivery
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to offer innovative learning solutions

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-6 years of direct sales experience, selling IT training solutions, to IT management & director level. Able to understand IT Director & L&D Director challenges.
  • Fluency in English essential.
  • Experience of working across the defined territory/region
  • Experience in the IT training and development, learning, human capital, human capital technology space is preferred.
  • Ability to navigate from transactional sales with short cycles (1 week) to longer sales cycles (2 months)
  • Ability to exceed sales targets, a keen understanding of the steps involved in a sales cycle and ability to leverage each stage to advance the sale.
  • Advanced understanding of customer s business, curious, pushes the customer, has a broad view/perspective.
  • Ability to prospect with a structured activity model to maximize revenue growth.
  • Skilled at demonstrating solutions and speaking the language of IT corporate buyers and respectfully challenge their thinking.
  • Ability to collaborate and leverage subject matter expertise in a matrixed sales environment.
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, competitive, and demonstrate a positive, winning attitude.
  • Negotiate effectively based on value and time to close.
  • Commitment and ownership of your and your team s success.
  • Willingness to take ownership and solve problems.
  • An adaptive, agile mindset.
  • Willingness to acknowledge, and own mistakes recognition of humility as a key aspect of continuous improvement.
  • Disciplined, process-oriented approach to customer acquisition.
