Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

A full-time Admin Officer / Accountant is required for a permanent position based at Port Rashid Marina, Dubai, reporting directly to the General Manager. Offering a salary of AED 3,500 - AED 4,000 (depending on experience) and including a residence visa, this role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong administrative and accounting skills. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, familiar with Zoho accounting software, and experienced in WPS payroll processing (preferably with ADCB). Responsibilities include managing daily office operations, maintaining financial records, processing payments, and supporting overall administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
  • Handle WPS processing and payroll coordination
  • Utilize Zoho Books or similar software for accounting
  • Assist with bank transactions and reconciliations
  • Maintain internal filing systems and document control
  • Coordinate with suppliers and clients for invoicing and payments
  • Provide support to the General Manager and other departments as needed

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Zoho and WPS (ADCB experience is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Previous UAE experience preferred
  • Immediate availability is a plus
