Candidates on spouse visa, own visa are preferred, though candidates on employment visa are also considered

- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and correspondence efficiently.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to site and office operations.
- Assist in handling timesheets, data entry, and report preparation for project teams.
- Coordinate with HR and logistics for staff movement and document control.
- Ensure compliance with company and client procedures for documentation and filing.
- Candidates with strong MS Office skills preferred.
