Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

  • Maintain an organized employee and company filing systems. (digital and physical)

  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory.

  • Support managers and team members with administrative needs

  • Greet visitors and maintain a professional front office presence

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels and ground transportation.

  • Monitor travel budgets, secure cost-effective options.

  • Prepare travel documentation such as itineraries, visas, and travel approvals

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars .

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Experience with scheduling software, CRM systems tools

 

Preferred Qualifications

·       Associate’s or bachelor’s degree

·       Experience with travel booking platforms (e.g., Booking, Expedia, SAP,Guest Reservation)

·       Knowledge of visa requirements, travel policies, and expense reporting systems

·       Experience supporting executives or senior leadership


Work Details

  • Employment Type: Full-time

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday

  • Location: Business Bay

  • Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
