Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for all departments.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management and other staff.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, and direct them appropriately.
- Manage and procure office supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, tracking expenses, and processing invoices.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including HR, finance, and operations.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing information and resolving queries.
- Support the implementation of administrative policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Holds a minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the UAE.
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Exhibits fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken), with exceptional communication skills.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external contacts.
