Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Support HR and finance teams with document preparation, attendance tracking, and onboarding.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the office environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
