Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks and front-desk operations
- Handle invoicing, quotations, and job card preparation
- Coordinate appointments and vehicle pick-up/drop-off schedules
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, parts, and service orders
- Support the operations team with supplier and customer communication
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within the automotive or garage industry
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, basic accounting, and garage management software
- Passion for cars and high-performance vehicles is a bonus
