Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

  • Candidate having at least 2yrs experience in sales of AMC's for Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm system products and Fit-out and the projects in UAE.

  • Having a business relation with Real Estate companies. FM companies (Facility Management) and property builders and community developers , MEP company and the main contractors as a routine responsibility in building business relationship is an added advantage to handle AMC's & Fit out are fetching good sales commission and package.

  • Having a fare knowledge of Fire Detection & Protection System, UAE Life Safety codes. Defence regulations.

  • Candidate has significant experience preferably in UAE and having a Valid Driving license.

  • Preferred who can join immediately

Responsibility

  • Being updated information regarding the market leads and tenders to ensure the participation

  • Achieving assigned sales target with given timeline with necessary support from management

  • Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads and support sales team is essential

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or a Business Administration degree.
  • Has 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the maintenance, engineering, or service industry, with a focus on AMC sales.
  • Possesses exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales processes.
  • Displays excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse clients.
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Exhibits strong technical acumen and the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
