Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day customer interaction, regular site visits, order follow-ups, and

relationship management. This role requires being on the ground daily, maintaining close contact with customers,

understanding their requirements, and ensuring smooth business execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily visits to existing and prospective customers as per assigned route plan.

  • Maintain continuous face-to-face engagement with customers and act as the first point of contact.

  • Understand customer requirements, usage patterns, and immediate needs.

  • Generate inquiries and support order closures through regular follow-ups.

  • Coordinate internally on pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and documentation.

  • Ensure timely execution of orders and resolution of routine customer issues.

  • Build strong relationships with customer purchase, production, and R&D; teams.

  • Collect market feedback, competitor activity, and pricing intelligence.

  • Maintain daily visit reports (DVR) and update CRM or sales trackers.

  • Submit weekly summaries covering opportunities, issues, and customer feedback

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–6 years of experience in field sales or customer-facing B2B roles

  • Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, polymers, chemicals, or technology sectors preferred

  • Familiarity with Dubai / UAE industrial areas is an advantage

  • Valid UAE driving license preferred

    • Comfortable with extensive field movement and daily visits
