Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and support the GoldenSource SaaS-based Enterprise Data Management (EDM) platform to ensure stability, integrity, and high availability. Monitor daily application health, performance, and operational workflows including data ingestion, validation, and distribution to downstream systems. Handle incident management by performing root cause analysis, resolving issues, and coordinating with GoldenSource vendor support for escalations. Oversee and validate change requests (CRs) and releases, ensuring proper documentation, testing, and communication with stakeholders. Implement, automate, and monitor data quality checks, reconciliations, and operational controls. Ensure adherence to IT governance, ITSM processes, ORAP, and business continuity protocols. Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (GMO, MRM, Finance, Technology) and GoldenSource for operational matters. Maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, incident logs, and prepare performance/issue resolution reports for management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for application performance, automation, and process efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align workflows with business requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT operations or application support, preferably in financial services or data management platforms. Hands-on experience with SaaS applications, ideally GoldenSource or similar EDM systems. Strong knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and open-source technology stacks. Familiarity with financial markets, reference data workflows, and global markets domain. Proficient in ITSM processes including incident, change, and problem management. Good understanding of vendor management, SLA adherence, and compliance standards. Strong skills in automation and scripting (Python, Bash preferred). Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Relevant certifications (ITIL, AWS, SaaS operations) are an added advantage.
