Job Title: Assembly Assistant

Location: Dubai

Role Overview:

LEDFlex Group was established in 2010 after identifying a gap in the market for a more comprehensive range of linear lighting products and has now grown into a leading technology supplier. We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets. At LEDFlex we continue to lead the way in performance, efficiency and ecological friendly exterior and interior projects.

We are seeking an Assembly Assistant to support the production team with assembly, soldering, wiring, and product testing while following technical drawings and procedures. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to health and safety standards, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong teamwork, communication, and basic computer skills are essential. A proactive, motivated attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Soldering skills and wiring experience Some basic mechanical assembly involving drilling and cutting aluminium.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings Perform cable wiring, crimping and soldering.
• Complete production inspections.
• Have good attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines Testing products.
• Communicate with team members.
• Observing all Health & Safety requirements.
• Good organisational skills.
• Demonstration of proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and applications with the ability to learn new applications
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ambitious and self-motivated with an excellent attitude and great work ethic.
• Warehouse experience preferred (Manual handling, Working at Height).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must have hands-on experience with soldering.
• Education: High school or Any Graduate with good communication skills are essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
