Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will oversee performance management and appraisal processes, lead the analysis of Teaching & Learning data, and evaluate the impact of interventions and wider classroom strategies. A key responsibility will be the ongoing review of T&L policies, strengthening cross-curricular links, and ensuring the highest quality of curriculum design, including leadership of the Arcadia curriculum.
You will also drive digital learning innovation, supporting staff to integrate technology effectively and creatively to improve student outcomes. In addition, you will contribute to whole-school quality assurance, lead NEA moderation, and support colleagues in delivering consistently excellent teaching.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree with post graduate certificate in School Leadership as a minimum.
- Candidates with Masters in Educational Leadership will have an advantage.
- Qualified Teacher with min 5 years of experience in delivering the National Curriculum for England up to A level students.
- Committed professional who is dedicated to raising standards in alignment with the schools vision, mission and values.
- Skilled at using digital tools to ensure that learning is enriched and relevant so as to complement the schools Apple Distinguished School status.
- A professional who works collaboratively both within the immediate team and across the wider school community.
