Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and confident Assistant Learning & Development Manager to join a prestigious 5-star luxury resort in Dubai. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are driven by people development and excellence in luxury service standards.

Role Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience as a Learning & Development Executive or Assistant Learning & Development Manager within a 5-star hotel or resort in the Middle East (mandatory)
Proven experience delivering and supporting leadership training programs in luxury hotel environments
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Confident, outgoing, and professional personality
