Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Operational Learning Strategy

• Partner with Operations leadership to identify skill gaps, training needs, and development opportunities within the installation teams.

• Develop and implement a structured learning roadmap for installation staff aligned with quality, safety, and efficiency objectives.

Training Program Design & Delivery

• Design and deliver practical, hands-on training programs for installation staff, covering technical skills, equipment handling, and quality standards.

• Develop leadership and supervisory training programs for field staff

• Implement blended learning solutions, including on-site workshops, e-learning modules, coaching sessions, and refresher programs tailored for field teams.

Process Development & Internal Audit

• Document, standardize, and continuously improve L&D processes for the operations department.

• Conduct internal audits of training programs and operational processes to ensure compliance, safety, and alignment with Faham Group standards.

• Track and monitor training participation, effectiveness, and impact on operational performance metrics.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Define KPIs for installation training programs and measure their impact on safety, efficiency, and quality of installations.

• Gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve training content and delivery.


• Identify opportunities for upskilling and reskilling to meet evolving operational demand/

Talent Development & Culture
• Mentor and coach installation supervisors and high-potential employees to strengthen the leadership pipeline within operations.

• Promote a culture of learning, continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence among installation teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in L&D, with significant exposure to field operations, technical, or installation teams.

• Experience in process documentation, standardization, and internal audits of training programs.

• Expertise in field-based training, leadership development, and operational compliance.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning tools, and blended learning approaches.

• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in Hindi and English is required for effective communication
