Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Position based in Abu Dhabi and Al Khobar

Work closely with the business to Manage Manpower Planning & Recruitment Drive the Mobilization of large workforce (blue and white collar) to meet the project needs

Manage Employment regulations & statutory Compliance as per ministry

Support routine HR Operations and employee relations

Support projects on compensation and benefit programs for UAE and other GCC (if required)

Anchor Performance Management and core HR Processes for the assigned business or region

Develop and maintain HR Policies & Procedures

Oversee camp management and facilities and employee welfare for site-based staff

Desired Candidate Profile

EPC or Construction or Oil and Gas

Graduate 10 to 15 years of relevant experience

Exposure to HRMS / Digitally savvy

Willing to work both in office set-up and site environment

GCC Experience preferred
