Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations of restaurants or bars/ room service.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
- Supervise and train F&B staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
- Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and guest satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 3 5 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hotels or fine dining restaurants.
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
- Female candidates are preferred for this role.
