Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the B2B distribution network, focusing on market penetration and expansion.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, identifying their needs and providing tailored support to drive mutual growth.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities, adjust strategies, and forecast future performance accurately.
  • Lead and mentor a sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance management to maximize individual and team effectiveness.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with distributors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

  • Has 5-7 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in distribution channels.

  • Demonstrates strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.

  • Exhibits exceptional leadership and team management abilities, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales environment.

  • Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools, enabling data-driven decision-making.

  • Need Arabic speaker with good english communication skills.
