Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key decision-makers within enterprise accounts, becoming a trusted advisor in their learning and development strategies.
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned accounts, focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the footprint of e-learning solutions within enterprise clients.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure ongoing value realization.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Exhibits a strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale) and sales process.
- Demonstrates a high level of self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
