What you will do

  • Overseeing the development and implementation of departmental strategies and concepts.

  • Ensuring the beverage operations meet the brand's target customer needs ensures employee satisfaction focuses on growing revenues and maximizes the financial performance of the departments.

  • Maintaining constant communication with suppliers and bring in activations to the venue.

  • Having good control of inventories and maintain healthy par stock for the bar.

  • Delivering products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand's target customers and property employees and providing a return on investment.

  • Developing a strong relation with our best guests, federate employees around project and goals.

  • Completing work orders for maintenance repairs.

  • Checking stock and requisition necessary supplies.

  • Communicating the last call at the designated closing time.

  • Assisting in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating, and coaching employees.

What you bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B and nightlife venues / clubs within luxury hotels and resorts preferably in Dubai. Managerial role experience is must.

  • Creativity and solid knowledge of cocktails and spirits, and are able to evidence good business acumen, a strong work ethic, and people-management skills.

  • Effective problem solving skills, ability to take decisions independently.

  • Prior Mixologist experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills

  • Clear and concise communication skills in English, verbal and written. Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.

  • Experience in hiring and training new employees.

  • Management or equivalent experience is required.

  • Flexibility with schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
