Key Responsibilities

* Welcome guests with genuine warmth and provide attentive, professional service throughout their visit.
* Prepare, mix, and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, following standard recipes and guest preferences.
* Highlight promotions and recommend beverages to enhance the guest experience and maximize sales.
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
* Manage inventory, stock levels, and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Handle all cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
* Work collaboratively with restaurant and service teams to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
* Create a lively and inviting bar atmosphere while maintaining professionalism and brand standards.
* Follow all local regulations regarding responsible alcohol service and guest safety.

Ideal Profile

* Prior experience as a Bartender or Bar Server in a 4- or 5-star hotel, resort, or fine dining venue.
* Strong mixology and beverage presentation skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-first attitude.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
* Knowledge of local licensing laws and food safety requirements.
* Well-groomed, confident, and able to perform under pressure.
