Roles & Responsibilities


  • Assessment & Gap Analysis: Go department by department, run structured assessments, and surface what s missing against ISO 22301 and ISO 27031. Keep the risk register current and remediation efforts moving.
  • Audit Readiness: Own the compliance program end to end, gap findings, remediation tracking, evidence packaging, and coordinating for both government regulatory audits and ISO certification or surveillance audits.
  • Documentation: Maintain the plans, test reports, and supporting documentation that actually hold up under audit scrutiny.
  • Remediation Tracking: Find the gaps, get the right people accountable, track closure, and make sure fixes are real, not just on paper.
  • Incident Support: When things go wrong, you will support real incidents and crisis events, making sure plans work in practice and recovery targets are met.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with IT, business units, and leadership to make continuity and recovery something the organization actually lives by, not just documents.


Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a BCM & IT Disaster Recovery Senior Specialist to oversee our business continuity and IT disaster recovery operations. This is a key role where you will be the central point of contact for all BCM and ITDR-related matters within the organization. Although positioned within the IT division, you will collaborate with multiple teams across the business. The successful candidate will have expertise in ISO 22301 and ISO 27031, a solid technical background, and proven experience in guiding organizations through audits./p>
