Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • · Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for a real estate tokenization platform · Collaborate with stakeholders including product, technology, legal, and compliance teams · Create detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process workflows · Map end-to-end business processes for property onboarding, token issuance, and investor management · Support system design discussions with blockchain and engineering teams · Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements · Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings · Ensure compliance with UAE real estate and financial regulations · Assist with UAT planning, execution, and issue tracking · Support product rollout and change management initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Required Qualifications · Master’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field · 6–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
