Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Business Consultant with proven experience in UAE business setup services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients on company formation options, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals

  • Consult clients on mainland, free zone, and offshore company formation options

  • Explain licensing, visa, and regulatory requirements in the UAE

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Coordinate with PRO and operations teams for smooth company formation processes

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and sales activities in CRM

  • Stay updated on UAE laws, business setup procedures, and market trends

  • Attend meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to promote services

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business setup / company formation sales in UAE

  • Strong knowledge of UAE mainland, free zone, and offshore structures

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office

  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Existing client base or network in the UAE is a strong advantage

  • Multilingual skills (Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, Marathi, Tagalog, or other languages) are a plus
