Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on suitable company structures (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) based on their business needs.

  • Manage end-to-end business setup processes including trade name registration, license application, visa processing, and bank account opening.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE business laws, government regulations, and economic trends affecting business incorporation.

  • Liaise with government authorities such as DED, DMCC, DIFC, ADGM, and other Free Zones.

  • Provide accurate information on timelines, costs, and documentation requirements for company formation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.

  • Prepare and review legal documents, applications, and contracts related to business incorporation.

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and collaboration with the sales team. Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Able to engage confidently with clients, explain complex processes clearly, and build trust.

  • A keen interest in business, entrepreneurship, and the UAE market – Understanding the basics of company formation and commercial laws is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.

  • Fluent English – Both written and spoken. Additional languages (especially Arabic, Hindi, Russian, or Chinese) are a plus.

  • Sales-oriented mindset – Comfortable with client-facing roles and driven to meet targets and KPIs.

  • Detail-oriented and organized – Able to manage multiple client files and follow through on government processes accurately.

  • Proactive attitude – Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team.

  • Basic understanding of UAE business setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) is beneficial but not required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for business are welcome to apply.

  • UAE residency and knowledge of local culture/regulations are a plus.
