Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate seamless communication between departments, ensuring information flows efficiently and projects stay on track.
- Proactively manage calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements for executives, optimizing their time and productivity.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability.
- Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, keeping the workplace running smoothly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrates 2-3 years of experience in a business support or coordination role, showcasing practical application of skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with strong typing and data entry skills.
- Exhibits excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
