To strengthen our Business Development and Consultancy functions, we are seeking a dedicated and well-organized Business Development & Consultancy Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule internal meetings with management and cross-functional teams.
- Organize and manage external client meetings, ensuring timely communication and proper follow-up.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager and Consultancy Team to prepare proposals, presentations, and business-related documents.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of proposals, RFP documentation, and client deliverables.
- Support the team in preparing client reports, market insights, and background information when required.
- Maintain and update CRM records, tracking meetings, proposals, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain the information needed for proposal development.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and coordination.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the BD and Consultancy units to ensure smooth workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent coordination, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in Business Development, Consultancy Support, or Client Coordination will be preferred.
