Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development professional with experience in K-12 education or EdTech. The ideal candidate will drive new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships with schools and educational institutions, and contribute to the growth of our innovative EdTech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE EdTech market

  • Build partnerships with schools, universities, training institutes, corporates, and government entities

  • Promote EdTech products and solutions including digital learning platforms, LMS, upskilling programs, and online certifications

  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution consultations with key decision-makers

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and academic teams to tailor offerings for the UAE market

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the Education sector in the UAE

  • Strong understanding of the UAE education ecosystem and regulatory landscape

  • Experience selling to schools, higher education institutions, corporates, or training providers

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

  • Ability to meet revenue and partnership targets
