Roles & Responsibilities

Are you passionate about the event industry and excited by innovative technology? We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead growth for our cutting-edge online ticketing platform and onsite registration services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and close deals with event organizers, promoters, venues, and agencies
  • Effectively pitch and sell solutions including online ticketing, QR code-based entry, and onsite registration (e.g., badge printing, kiosks, scanners)
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships
  • Customize solutions to meet client needs—whether for concerts, expos, conferences, or corporate events
  • Collaborate with internal tech and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to continuously refine the sales strategy

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development within event tech, ticketing, or SaaS
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and solution-selling skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, sales presentations, and proposal writing
  • Existing network within the event or live entertainment industry is a strong advantage
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about technology and events
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Valid UAE driving license is required
