Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and onboard new merchant partners, primarily within F&B and retail (offline merchants).

Drive adoption of integrated POS + Payment + Loyalty solutions.

Execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with payment and technology partners.

Build and manage strong relationships with merchants, payment providers, and strategic partners.

Negotiate commercial terms and close long-term agreements (2 3 years).

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve growth targets.

Track and report sales performance, pipeline updates, and market insights to stakeholders.

Stay informed on trends in fintech, payments, loyalty, and merchant services to support business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B and retail sectors (offline).

Experience in online or e-commerce businesses is an added advantage.

Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably within fintech, PSP, SaaS, or payments.

Strong understanding of merchant ecosystems, digital payments, POS systems, and loyalty programs.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

High ownership mindset with the stamina to perform in a highly competitive environment.

Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, operations, and marketing teams.

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
