Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management within the UAE, with a proven track record of achieving targets. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Research and connect with potential leads via digital channels, cold calling, and networking.
Present and promote a wide range of advertising and marketing solutions to potential clients.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, sales presentations, and contracts.
Regularly update and maintain sales activities in the CRM system.
Conduct follow-ups on inbound leads and respond to client inquiries.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
Travel to Abu Dhabi and across the UAE for business development meetings as required.
Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Skills & Traits
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and organized.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and research skills.
Team player with cultural awareness and adaptability.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2+ years of UAE/local experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Valid UAE Driver’s License (mandatory); own car is an advantage.
Strong references and character certificates from previous employers.
